Aubrey has followed a different path from most on her way to The Big Break: Atlantis. She picked up her first golf club when she was 17, an advanced age for beginners. After graduating from Missouri State in 2006, she turned pro and honed her skills. She had played on a few mini- tours with mixed success, until she got burned out and took a job in Washington, DC
“I just wanted to do something I believed in, and not think about golf for a while. I found a rewarding career and met some terrific people, but golf kept calling,” says McCormick.
"When I was eliminated I went and got some candy and layed out by the pool and had some drinks, later I went on a party boat, it was fun!"

Aubrey currently serves as the Forest Stewardship Council's Regional Manager, leading efforts to grow FSC supply chains in the Western region. Aubrey manages relationships with corporate accounts, creates strategic opportunities within the solid wood supply chain, supports funding efforts, and serves as the FSC US Tribal Liaison.
Aubrey is also the CEO of Primal Consulting, which works with tribes and developing developing social and environmental impact programs for golf courses, tribes, and companies worldwide.
