He is famously known for his solo, 7-hour bus ride into Las Vegas to start his Big Break career after missing a putt on the tarmac for the private jet.
He continued his career on Big Break VII in style by defeating champion, Tommy Gainey, in a two-hole showdown for $2,500.
"I really had to the ride the bus after missing my putt, I was on the bus for 7 or 8 hours. Along the way the bus broke down and it took almost 2 hours to fix. But when I got to Vegas they treated me like a rock star."
