David is a former professional poker player and serial entrepreneur. He has started and run businesses in the gaming, manufacturing, and CPG spaces in China, the Philippines, and the US respectively.
He has an MBA from the University of Virginia, but is a proud Wisconsin Badger Alum at heart.
"Entrepreneurs must have a level of arrogance and humility and it's a tough line to balance. If you're too arrogant to listen to advice, or you're too humble to have confidence — that's a problem. I want to deliver the business case and why they should invest in my product. My goal is to make them money and our interests are completely aligned."

Just The Cheese?? is a family-owned cheese manufacturer, based in Reeseville, WI (pop ~700). Mom and Dad run the fresh cheese operation, and the son and his wife run the business.
Product was originally invented from the idea that the best part of a grilled cheese sandwich is what melts off in the pan. Since we are a bunch of cheesemakers, we wanted to make that into a product — and here we are!
